  I recently visited a Three store to cancel a contract I made only a few days ago. I was told at the time of signing up that if I changed my mind, I could simply come back to the store and cancel everything without any issues. However, when I returned, the staff told me they would cancel the WiFi but refused to cancel the SIM card, and instead asked me to call customer service myself. I explained that I wanted to cancel the entire contract, as I was originally informed this would be possible in-store. The situation became worse when the manager, Tamir, got involved. He spoke to me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. When I told him that this was not an appropriate way to speak to a customer—especially as a manager—he responded with comments like “Do you want my job?” and “I didn’t put a gun to your head.” This experience was extremely disappointing. I expected clear information and respectful treatment, but instead I received conflicting advice and poor customer service. I would not recommend this store based on how I was treated.

  I came into the shop today as I thought it’d be easier getting help in person rather than over the phone. I was seen to by Wojtek who told me there’s nothing he could do and I should ring customer service instead, this confused me because is he not customer service? I’m paying for 2 contracts when I only need one (this was my mistake which I understand) but he told me they’re both quite good deals so I should just continue paying? Continue paying for two contracts even though I’m only using one ? It felt like he just couldn’t be bothered to help me and he also was a bit condescending just because I made a simple mistake and wanted some help.

  Went into the 3 shop to renew our contract and the service from Eric was very good and we were pleased with the service
