  Absolutely rubbish network - my OTPs are not reaching my number - I cannot login into banks and critical business systems including hmrc and gov.uk - will be filing an ofcom complaint and issuing a letter before action. Feel free to join me for a class action lawsuit

  Horrible app! When I login the three app loop a video I cannot close and I cannot even use the app. The issue is that I cannot receive text message I am not getting important government verification codes and there’s no way to deal with that. Horrible network that can’t be bother to fix their app in two years which is unusable

  I visited the official Three mobile store in Kingston to enquire about a phone contract, and the experience was very disappointing. When I walked in, there were two staff members sitting and using their phones. There was no greeting or acknowledgement at all, which immediately gave a poor impression. One staff member, Paul, was particularly rude and unhelpful. Every question I asked was met with “check online,” which defeats the purpose of visiting a store in person. I came in expecting guidance and customer service, but instead felt completely dismissed. This level of service is unacceptable for an official store. Staff should be willing to assist customers and provide information, not send them away to figure things out themselves. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience.
