I'm very disappointed with my experience at Three. Every time we visit the store, it's locked and closed during the day, and they seem to open only when it suits them. It's extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.
We had an issue with a home internet payment that wasn't going through, so we asked for help.
Instead of resolving it, one manager put us on a phone call, then left to speak with another colleague while we were waiting. After the call, we returned to the same manager because he was the only one who could adjust the age limit on the account, but he refused to help us.
Overall, the service was frustrating and unhelpful. It feels like customers are not being taken seriously.

The sales pitch from one of the sales representatives at this store back in October last year was that, by taking out a contract for another sim card. I would be able to use it as an eSIM so two different numbers in one handset which sounded appealing to me. It is worth mentioning that the store manager was supervising the sales pitch and confirmed that even though my contract had not ended, she would allow for the contract to end 2 months sooner as long as I agreed to switch into a business contract and offered me a phone upgrade for my existing line. I left the store with 1 new handset and 2 sim cards
Once I called the business line to activate my eSIM, the business team informed me that eSIM's had not been rolled out and I needed to wait for that to happen in December which did not happen. I went to the store 2 days after to return the upgraded phone and additional SIM card and they refused because they DO NOT accept returns or cancellations based on a contract that was signed by me which did not include the full terms and conditions. Bear in mind that this contract was a physical contract and their argument is that there was a link of the full terms and conditions in this contract but obviously I can't access it because it is a paper contract. I feel completely conned and I was mis-sold an unwanted product.
When I complained at the store, the store manager was there and she denied being aware of what was happening. The smiles they had on their faces at the moment of sale weren't there when I went to her to complain and escalate it. She said they did just simply not accept returns and I could complaint to Three business. Then, I complained to Three business and they told me that because I did not buy the phone online they could not help me and it was down to the store discretion. All in all, the store refused to do something about it, they did not even offer an alternative solution
eSIMs have finally been rolled out, 5-6 months after taken out the contract and I have just called the business team to ask them to guide me through the steps to activate the eSIM and to my surprise they just said that BUSINESS CUSTOMERS cannot do that which is the whole reason why the sales representative persuaded me to switch in the first
My advice is DO NOT BUY from this store! steer clear! Much better deals can be found online
