Dear Three Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I received during my recent visit to your Ilford store.
I have been a loyal customer with Three for many years, which made this experience even more disappointing. The store manager and a member of staff did not properly listen to my concerns and repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain my issue. I did not receive the assistance I came in for and left the store feeling ignored and unsupported.
What concerned me even more was that one member of staff made comments about my religion. I am Sikh, and while I respect all religions, I believe it is completely inappropriate for staff to discuss or comment on a customer’s religion in a professional retail environment. This made me feel uncomfortable.
In addition, the manager was speaking about staff wages during the interaction, which was unprofessional and irrelevant to resolving my issue.
As a long-standing customer, I expect respectful, professional, and non-discriminatory service. I kindly request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate action or staff training be provided to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

this is a shit company no one ever faced, i cancel the broadband service and returned product with their mean customer help, and they charged me £105 pounds stating i haven't returned. even after many phone calls and chats they keep saying we'll investigate and comes with an update in 72 ghours how many times you bother they just simply investigate without a refund. we provided all the tracking i'ds and proof of return.

Very poor customer service. This is my third visit to this store, and each time I was unable to get any help. I waited for more than an hour, but the employee named Amina spoke to me with dissatisfaction and said she could not help me and that I should come back again.
The staff were busy talking loudly among themselves and using their phones instead of helping customers. Another employee refused to help me simply because she could not. I was forced to leave the store and heard insulting comments behind my back. I do not recommend this place.

They insulted us for simply enquiring for phones. When asked which one was a pro Iphone the guy told us to “get glasses”. Extremely unprofessional behaviour and unacceptable.
