  Very disappointed with the service. Took in two window lights to have new lights made up , glazed, and hinges and metalwork transferred from the old lights to new ones. All this work was agreed with a member of staff. I paid the invoice and went to pick up the windows. Not glazed, and hinges and metalwork not put onto the new lights. Now having to use another joiner/glazier to complete the work.

  Do not use this company. Their work is shoddy and they refuse to come back and fix the issues. We have had to have a 3rd party carpenter come in to do remedial work to fix the issues at great expense to us.

  The guys from Raymond Good manufactured and installed a single storey staircase for our period property. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the team from office staff right down to the fitters/joiners themselves. The price quotes and timescale were exactly as quoted and they were lovely to deal with. We will be using them again on future projects and would most definitely recommend!

  We have used Raymond Good to replace windows and construct a staircase. We have been very pleased with the helpfulness, quality of workmanship and attention to detail. Would highly recommend this company.
