  I am writing this to warn others about the appalling treatment I received today. I have been a loyal Three customer for over 2 years with 4 active lines in my household. I visited this branch ready to spend thousands on two new upgrades: an iPhone 17 Pro and an iPhone 17 Pro Max. Because I took a moment to review the final contract pricing and ultimately decided not to buy at that exact second, the salesperson, KAVITA, became incredibly hostile and aggressive. She explicitly told me, "DON'T COME AGAIN." It is absolutely unacceptable for a salesperson to verbally abuse a customer and tell them to "never return" simply for exercising their right to check a price before committing to a contract. As a fellow Nepali, I am embarrassed by her lack of professional conduct and respect. I was a loyal customer, but after being shouted at and told not to come back, I will now be moving all 4 of my family's lines to a competitor as soon as our contracts end. Three UK, you are losing a high-value customer because of one staff member's shocking aggression. Avoid this store at all costs.

  I have only one off in a week on sunday. And as it’s weekend and i check on google about the store and ita saying its open so i came to harrow to get some help from three store it say it will open on 11am to 5 pm sunday But till 11:45 am on sunday no one has open the store. If you guys don’t want to open the store keep updates times on your website

  I recently purchased a broadband connection from Three, and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Kavita. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Kavita took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details before making my decision. I tend to ask a lot of questions, but she remained very patient and answered each one thoroughly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident about the service.
