  very unknowledgeable and poorly trained pre ordered a phone and signed to 3 rescue paid in cash up front only to go and be told no insurance and they cant insure the phone , then to be told we cant refuse to take the phone. Very unprofessional in trying to frighten people saying contract is not ..... AVIOD THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS been with 3 for over 10 years and never been treated like this,....

  Mis sold a 'premium' phone case for a discounted rate of £22.50 to find it is a cheap £4 plastic case. They have then refused to give a refund the day after with the case in perfect packaging with receipt. Shocking company who's sales team are taking advantage of the older customer updating their phone and completely ripping them off for extra commission. Disgraceful

  Been with 3 for 12+ years, never left for another network, they deliver great customer service and support, best add-ons of all the networks and have had some pretty great tarriffs in the past, keep up the good work, ill still be here in the next 12+ years ;)
