Helpful staff who managed to get my issue sorted quickly

Absolutley disgusted with this shop.
My wife rang this morning and asked to speak to the manager.. After whoever answered, questioned her relentlesly about the reason and was told it was a complaint and wanted to speak to him before putting a bad review on here,which is fair, went off to return and say he was in a meeting and took her details with a promise of a call back. Non came do she tried calling, but no answer.
Anyway, she gave you a chance to discuss and sort away ftom social media.
Yesterday we came into the store as my wife had cracked her screen and decided to get a new phone.
A woman came from out back and grunted at us to sit down.
Now, my wife is blind which is very obvious so an introduction would have been nice. We sat and my wife explained what she wanted. The woman got my details up and went and brought 1 phone back. She then went on to completely ignore my wife and speak to me refering to my wife as she and her as if she wasnt there. Just because she is blind does not mean she does not understand! She is infact an intelligent woman who can speak for herself and has full u dederstanding! The reason i am doing this review is because in she past she left an excellent review and Google wont let you put two on.
The woman went on, very rudely to say she couldnt get the price down from fifty pounds even though we said we wanted to pay what we were paying. She huffed and puffed and became increasingly rude and abrupt. Another member of staff came over, who we have dealt with before and is lovely znd said to her you can get a better price. The way she spoke to him was disgusting and he backed off. She carried on and at one point said.,well thats all there is.
We said we were leaving as my wife was now pointing out that she had a brain and would like to be acknowledged. As we left the young man who had come over said quietly that he could get us a better phone and deal. We said we were leaving.
The atmosphere in that shop is toxic. The woman needs serious training on disability and customer care. We went down to EE who were amazing. The phone she had tried to palm off on my wife turned out to be a downgrade and she was charging more!
The upshot is we have paid a fair amount of money to leave 3 so we never have to deal with this shop again. This is after 22 years. For the manager not to return a call is appauling naking them as bad as the woman who was so rude in store. Says it all. Dont deal with them because there is no customer care what so ever.

One of the most laughably incompetent and dishonest experiences I’ve ever had with a company, it’s almost beyond belief. I switched a family member over to a Three business plan for his number that was already on a consumer plan after being promised by the in-store employee (after he put some effort in to convince me) to switch the number over, telling me that the roaming on the plan would continue, and in his own words that “he would make sure it’s all sorted” and that it would be the exact same plan but cheaper. Lo and behold the roaming did not continue. I contacted Three online immediately and was repeatedly told to go in-store, then I went into the store and got told to go online, so basically I was sent on an goose chase, and then when I tried online again they said they can’t do anything and was told to go in store AGAIN which is ridiculous. So still no resolution. I later returned to store again a week or two ago and they started saying I should pay if I want roaming, and refused to take responsibility and said there was nothing they could do, even though they blatantly lied and I received next to no help. After a good twenty minutes of trying to get them to understand the concept of lying to customers being bad, they agreed to give me a “solution” - a 1 month SIM card topped up with 12gb of roaming data, which is the only reason it’s not 1 star. This solution is only good for one holiday though, and also means I need to swap sims and hand out the new number which is a huge pain. Not to mention 12gb is on the lower side for what I would use abroad. Before we left the guy said he will have a word with the liar that promised the roaming. Never heard a word since! Considering I’ve been a loyal customer for the best part of 20 years (probably even more than that but I don’t keep count anymore) and have multiple numbers that I pay for with them, this is an absolutely crude and ridiculous way to treat a customer, I’m still quite shocked at how bad they handled this, even with companies like Amazon who have equally shady practices I’ve always gotten a solution to my problem eventually. Please stay away from this company, as when something goes wrong you probably aren’t going to get any help.

Sales guy lovely smiley made to believe you got a free tablet etc...sounds good until he rang to do credit score and it dawned its an additional contract.misold misled x angry. Wasn't explained. Fortunate my tablet thing credit score failed.con. wanted new samsung he wouldnt let me.then he couldnt wait to get me out of door quick enough when my credit score failed.his cheesy smile disapered booted of door.angry
