  Declan is one of the finest builders in East Cleveland, and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. I asked him to build a dormer extension to my bungalow over Summer 2025 and it exceeded all my expectations. Declan is professional, knowledgeable, and highly personable. He knows all of the up-to-date building regulations, and you can ask for his advice on anything. They always cleaned up site at the end of the day, and were very considerate to my elderly neighbours. They are also one of the most hardworking team of grafters I have ever met. Working 8am to 5pm in all weathers, meaning we were done in about 8 weeks. His estimate was a fair price that aligned with the other builders in this local area. But even more impressive than that is - despite me asking for a number of changes as we progressed, the final bill was about 4% above the original estimate. This should tell you that he is an honest man who prices up jobs properly from the start, and does not go in cheap to win the job and then rip you off with surprise invoices later on. I cannot recommend them enough. Everything about the final result is superb. I've uploaded a few photos so that you can see the before and after progress. Thanks again Declan

  Declan and his team have just finished an extension to the back of our property. What a superb job they have made of it. Attention to detail is top quality and nothing is to much trouble. I would highly recommend DAF Construction for any building project you have coming up and will definitely have them back for a future project 👍👍

  100% recommended Declan and his team for any work that you need doing. The garden looks amazing and now we have the space for both our girls to play out safely! All the team were friendly and worked so hard. Declan was great with advice on what would look best and achieving such a high finish. Thank you so much

  We used DAF construction to renovate our downstairs living area. Including fitting a new kitchen, floor tiling, plumbing, electrics, skirting, doors, custom shelving etc. All the work Declan and Jason completed was to a very high standard and they made sure we were happy with all aspects of the job. They are extremely hard workers and will work late into the evening if necessary. Highly recommended.
