  Rainbow Bridge have been so kind and compassionate as we dealt with the passing of our dog, Albert. They put us in touch with a wonderful vet, Claude who helped Albert in the gentlest way possible. Claude then took him straight to Rainbow Bridge who performed his cremation and returned him to us at the earliest possible convenience. Everyone was so lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended if you’re ever in this situation.

  Highly recommend Rainbow Bridge who showed us so much empathy when we took our fur baby in on 31.03.26. The guys who helped my husband carry our 4.2 stone staffy were so respectful to her and laid her down in the farewell room so gently. The ladies in reception were so caring and showed us alot of sympathy. Everyone said how beautiful our baby was. All were amazing

  We just want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone at Rainbow Bridge for the kindness and compassion you showed when my mum sadly lost her little dog, Porscha. She meant the world to our family, and losing her was incredibly difficult. From the very first phone call, the staff were so understanding, gentle and supportive. Every step of the process was handled with such care and respect, right through to the moment we collected her ashes. Knowing that Porscha was treated with such dignity meant so much to us during such a sad time. The service you provide is truly wonderful, and the staff are absolutely amazing. We are so grateful for everything you did for our family. ❤️
