  Did a group bungee fit workshop with a group of work colleagues, not only is it a good workout it was so much fun. Annelize and Chane were great. Would highly recommend and would definitely do it again.

  I did the beginner workshop this morning and would 100% recommend to others. Everything was explained and demonstrated really well, having a good laugh in the process.

  Amazing, fun experience and a great cardio vascular workout. Coaches really positive, encouraging and helpful. Definitely work a try out. Trust the bungee!

  I went to a bungee fit beginners workshop and was really impressed by the personal attention I got, the class is kept small. I thought it would be fun and was not disappointed! What a laugh - which also keeps you fit apparently!
