  I feel it’s important to share my experience with Three so others can be cautious before trusting what is promised in store. Unfortunately, what was proposed to me during the sales process turned out to be very different from the reality afterwards. The information I was given created expectations that were simply not met. Because of this, I ended up dealing with issues that affected my account and even my credit report, which should never happen due to unclear explanations or mistakes. From my experience, customers should be very careful about accepting offers or agreements without double-checking every detail themselves. What is presented at the branch may sound straightforward and reassuring, but the outcome can be much more complicated and frustrating. The way this situation was handled made me feel like transparency and responsibility were not taken seriously. Instead of helping to resolve the issue quickly, the process became unnecessarily difficult and stressful. For that reason, I cannot recommend dealing with this branch. I strongly advise others to be extremely careful, ask detailed questions, and make sure everything is clearly documented before agreeing to anything. Customers deserve honest information, clear communication, and proper support when problems occur. Based on my experience, that standard was not met.

  I went in with what I thought was going to be a difficult problem, the staff were extremely helpful especially Pardeep. If you are having any issues at all I would go in and ask for him as he made the whole process very easy and explained everything to me every step of the way. Extremely happy with the service.
