  I had a confusing interaction where I received different (more expensive) quotes than what is available in the app. And they did a very poor job explaining it. They said I still had 2.5 months left on my airtime but didn't present me with the option of paying it off early which I know you can do on the app and they gave me device quotes greater than what was on the app. Ultimately they said it's cheaper for me to come back in three months (which is true) but they weren't really helpful in exploring other options which I now know are available by simply going through the three app. I was looking for an early upgrade but at this point I know you get better new customer deals elsewhere, so given the interaction I think I'd rather leave.

  Extremely friendly staff, went in for a specific phone and explained my needs. Showed me different models and left with one better suited for me.

  Helpful staff, but you may need to wait to speak to a salesperson if it's busy. Good range of phones at average prices, plans amongst the best around.

  Service as poor as their signal strength . wiped my sim card and bluffed about it fixing itself in 10 mins .next they, rather than cut a new card they snapped it in a attempt to make a nano sim, laughable
