I’ve been having some issues with my Three home broadband recently and after nearly 2 hours on the phone to the customer service and numerous tests I was no closer to getting back online. I called the Folkestone store and spoke to a nice guy called Ali who told me to bring the box and sim card into the store. The following day I did just this and within a few minutes I was set up and ready to go. I went home and plugged it in and was back online within 2 minutes. Very nice and polite guys in store and VERY helpful, I can’t recommend them enough !
