  Avoid avoid avoid this place!! my sentimental stone fell out of a supposedly repaired ring after a week and i call them the same week and they said bring it on for the jeweller to look at and accused me of banging it on a hard surface. Even if I had repeatedly by accident, it should a decent enough repair to least last a good few years like my other stones have for over 20 years!! I took it back 5 months later, as I do not live in the area and staff rude and basically said it can’t of been that important if it’s been that long! What an attitude!! This place is dire! I will be progressing my complaint to Trading Standards and more! Totally unacceptable attitude and certainly need training in customer service skills or come to think of it these numpties shouldn’t be in that job! I offered to leave ring there for jeweller to look at and they could refund via a card payment as I’m not coming in again and they said their policy says they can’t. Ludicrous service with zero customer service. I definitely smelt that brown smelly stuff when I walked in. One of the staff also refused to give their name at first. Obviously has something to hide!

  Went in to get some rings valued and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Will be going back to get one of the rings resized soon.

  I was recommended to go and see G and I jewellers when I was looking for my engagement ring, the guys there were extremely helpful and insightful. I was very nervous as I had no knowledge of diamonds or jewellery but they helped me pick a lovely quality Engagement ring, my partner was Thrilled.
