  I visited this store yesterday to resolve an issue with my pay-as-you-go eSIM. From the moment I arrived, I was met with unnecessary rudeness and unprofessional behaviour. What was particularly upsetting was the clear change in attitude once the employee became aware of my nationality — I was treated differently immediately. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the employee, who spoke with a strong Indian accent, showed a lack of understanding and respect, which I found particularly difficult to accept. After this experience, I left the store and went to O2 right next door, where I transferred my number away from Three. The process there was straightforward, respectful, and handled professionally — a complete contrast to the experience in this store. I will never return to this store, nor will I ever deal with Three again. This experience was unacceptable and completely avoidable with basic courtesy and professionalism. I would give this store zero stars if the system allowed it.

  Don’t normally write reviews but after visiting the Three store at Fort Kinnaird Edinburgh last night , I thought it only fair to acknowledge the fantastic service I received there. I went into this store after trying to sort out an issue I was having with my account.When I entered the shop , I was ready to cancel my phone contract with Three after years of being with them. Quite angry , confused and very frustrated , I was greeted immediately in store and reassured that they would try help with the issues I was having after trying to sort this out over the phone with customer services. Lynne ( manager I think ) and Kate , were brilliant. They not only sorted out the issues I had , but I came away with a new phone and contract ! Although time consuming for them to sort this out, they were very patient and understanding of my frustration. I hope Three appreciate their staff like these because we have several contracts in our family with them which could very easily have been lost last night if Lynn and Kate had not restored my faith in this company. Thank you to you both ..... !! Su
