  Don't bother going in for account issues. Three customer "support" wouldn't help me then when I went into the store the employees wouldn't help me either. Tbh they didn't look like they wanted to be there and I don't blame them I wouldn't want to work for the world's worst company. Avoid getting a three contract at all costs. They aren't letting me cancel my contract despite it being over a year since it expired. The level of stress and annoyance it has caused me is astronomical. In the meantime they seem to keep extorting money from me.

  Very poor customer experience. Wished to upgrade my handset in store in areas of online. Was told that they could NOT match the online upgrade price even though it is offered by the same network provider!! I was told that I would have to pay a handset fee (online offer had none) and there was no other option in store. I stayed that that seemed odd. Was told "sorry pal that's it"!! Very unprofessional for the network who's tagline is #makeitright. Found out when upgrade g over phone that there was NO reason why the store couldn't have offered me the online price match. Obviously just after a better commission! Avoid this store.

  Utterly shocking experience. Staff can't give accurate information, manager totally inept and they never answer the phone, nor call you back when promised.
