  My human mummy needed to get a Three SIM to send to a friend in Australia. The two young men we spoke with were helpful, despite initial confusion on both sides. probably due to Mummy running on low human battery, being overloaded by background sounds, and having difficulty expressing herself. They patiently listened to Mummy’s friend on the phone, who explained in better detail than useless Mummy! After not too long a time, we left with the card, which had been activated in Mummy’s phone and then put back in the SIM casing. The shop might be a bit too bright and noisy for some humans; as there is no closed door, just a wide doorway onto the shopping centre. Though the staff is good.

  Nice store, Kimberly Assistant Manager was my advisor..... She was welcoming, friendly, highly knowledged on all devices. She offered excellent customer services.... I highly recommend this store. Kimberley an asset to 3G.

  I upgrade my phone in store staff Kavita was very patient to go through the deals and best phone for me according to the budget i had. She not only demo and explain me the quality of the phones she helped me to set up my new phone. She is a genuine person and staff that Three has. Very happy and satisfied with her service such a friendly staff.
