    Can’t overstate the patience, depth of knowledge and willingness to go beyond what his job requires, shown by Stuart the store manager. I went to the shop this morning expecting to be overwhelmed by jargon and to be treated as an inconvenience for asking too many questions and requiring repetition of instructions which assumed previous knowledge. This had been my experience when I visited the shop last year. However, the opposite was true - Stuart dealt professionally with all my “old guy” questions while simultaneously supervising a trainee and acknowledging and reassuring other customers that they would be dealt with promptly. Excellent service 👍👍👍

    My wife was accompanying her mother on Friday while she was buying a new sim card and my wife ended up buying herself one after being coerced by an incredibly pushy sales assistant. My wife tried to refuse but was talked around after being told that she was getting a better deal – she was NOT. She was originally with SMARTY and was getting 8GB of Data for £7 on a monthly rolling contract. She is now finding herself no better off financially but is now locked into a 24 Month contract with Three because of the pushy sales assistant. This is wrong. My wife and I went in today to try and cancel the contract (i.e. the day after) as was told by another sales assistant that there was no cooling off period because it was signed in the shop. Alas, it is true (according the the Citizen's Advice website), if you signed up in person you don’t have the legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period - for example if you met someone from the company and signed a contract. I would have thought that the Sales Assistant would have told her that as you would normally expect a cooling off period on any type of contract.
