  I had a very disappointing experience at the Three Store on East Ham High Street. I ordered a new SIM online using the Click & Collect option. The confirmation email clearly stated that I needed to bring either a passport or a driving licence as ID. I brought my original driving licence, which is a valid form of identification. However, the staff member, Neelam, refused to proceed and insisted that I provide a passport instead. I even offered to show a soft copy of my passport, but he was not willing to accept it or assist further. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I followed the instructions given in the email. The customer service felt unhelpful and inflexible. I hope the store improves its communication and handles customers more professionally in the future.

  The staff Mr TAFI in eastham branch was really unfriendly and felt a rude and unprofessional, which left me feeling disrespected as a customer. dissatisfied with this experience. I never gone a come back in eastham branch

  Hello my name is Sukhraj and I bought a contract from your eastern store and there's a guy who make a fraud with me. The fraud is that the guy asked me that he gave me a family plan of two Sims with 26.50 per month till end of the contract okay I said okay he give me the contact He but he put in contact my wrong email ID because there's no any family family plan it is just a six month discount and I didn't get anything about the contract on my email and when I try to get in touch with the Store the Store manager and the assistant manager are very rude with me they didn't give any kind of solution. We are wasting our four hours me and my baby hungry and they didn't do anything for me when I asked them. They're gonna put wrong wrong email ID they said it's just by Mistake but the same thing same thing happened with my friend as well on the time they said yeah I remember there's a guy who did this but we're gonna file him and now you have to make a complaint and all the thing, but no one gonna give me a solution. The guys are very bad.
