  If I could, I’d give this place 10 stars without even thinking twice! I popped in today to return something, fully expecting the usual back-and-forth, but it ended up being such an easy and actually enjoyable experience. Noor was an absolute star, so friendly, welcoming, and just genuinely lovely. She handled everything super smoothly and made the whole process feel effortless. I didn’t feel rushed at all, which is rare when it comes to returns! Honestly, she turned what could’ve been a boring errand into such a positive little experience. Big shoutout to Noor for being amazing — customer service done right! ✨

  Really awful customer service - called to ask about a 5g contract and the person kept saying “how did you get this number, who gave you this number” and then preceded to hang up. Worst customer service experienced - the person was a man with some kind of an accent

  Easiest experience to extend my contract. Noor was fantastic - excellent customer service and so quick to evaluate my account and give me some great advice.

  Absolutely amazing service! I want to give a big thank you to Hasti for doing such a fantastic job. She was incredibly professional, attentive to detail, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. Everything was done perfectly, and I truly appreciate the effort and kindness she showed. Highly recommended — definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
