- MUMuhammad UmarApr 4, 20261.0I am on a 2-year unlimited data contract with Three in Dundee, Scotland, and my experience has been extremely poor. The network speed is very slow—sometimes around 1 Mbps or even less. Even sending a simple WhatsApp message can take 4–5 minutes, which is unacceptable. I visited the Overgate Dundee store multiple times, but the staff were not helpful. They only showed that my phone has a 4G signal and ignored the actual speed issue, even when I showed live speed test results. They also blamed the location, but the problem exists across the city centre as well. Despite repeated complaints, nothing has been resolved. When I asked to cancel due to poor service, I was told I would still need to pay the full contract amount. Very disappointing service and support. I would not recommend Three.
