  Lee is both professional and friendly. He listens to your requirements and produces a cost effective and efficient solution. By cost-effective, I mean he undercut Briyish Gas by almost £1000 and yet supplied comparable equipment. His work is both timely and of high quality. He warranties his work and so can be trusted to supply good equipment and install it properly. His work inside and outside the property is neat and leaves no scars. I continue to use Lee for minor additions (New radiator) and maintenance (Boiler annual) and remain thoroughly satisfied with his work. Overall, I can thoroughly recommend Lee and his work.

  I had the unusual problem of a bird stuck behind the gas fire in our lounge. It was in distress, flapping about but unable to get out, and we needed a gas qualified engineer to help us free the bird - not easy to find on a Saturday afternoon. I had never used Lee from “Better Call Lee” before but when I called him to explain the problem, he messaged me to say he’d drop everything and be here in 15 mins. He was as good as his word! He pulled out my gas fire, even caught the pigeon for me and freed it outside himself. Then he went through all the gas safety checks, capping off my fire (it was deemed unsafe), checking my gas meter piping, and not leaving until he made sure my boiler and hot water were working properly after he switched the gas back on. To cap it all, he refused to take any payment at all for the wonderful service he had done for me. What a wonderful man, so rare to find a professional with such a high sense of integrity, only interested in giving value to his customers. I was so impressed with Lee - I won’t hesitate to use him again and cannot recommend him highly enough to everyone.

  Better call Lee and plumbing company has been outstanding!! Unfortunately prior to (Better call) I had a very bad experience and was at my wits end with my property and where to go next. Nevertheless, Lee and his son have been phenomenal throughout the process of work done on my property, with great professionalism I will highly recommend to others. Lee’s work has been more than a high standard he was extremely helpful and very productive and made me feel comfortable & reassured that the work will be done. If there was any other way of giving more than 5stars I will do it without no hesitation they have been brilliant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
