- CWCallum WheatleyJan 6, 20263.0I visited the Three store today, as I needed to update the direct debit on my broadband account. The first lady I spoke to told me that she there was nothing she could do and that I had to call customer service to change the direct debit, despite the fact that I set up the direct debit in the store. I called the number she gave me and the automated machine didn't give me any options to deal with broadband so decided to go back to the store. I spoke to another girl at the front desk who, immediately was able to not only help me pay my overdue bill, but then actually changed the direct debit with no issue. I really appreciate the help from the second girl I spoke to and she made the process very quick and easy, without any issues. I would absolutely give her 5 stars. I am writing this review however, and have left 3 stars because if I had not gone back to the store and spoke to a different person, I may still be struggling with this issue. It seems that the first person I spoke to lied to me because she either couldn't or didn't want to help. Maybe more training of staff is needed.
