  Absolutely amazing service from Euro Jap. These guys went over and above to help me get the wheel I needed. I was really worried about spending money and it not fixing the issue, but they took the time to help properly and made sure I got the right part and says if it didnt work to go back .Genuine, helpful and honest from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend them enough — thank you again!

  Phoned for part, told they had two suitable vehicles, went, sure enough choice of two, got my bits, small barter in the office, Im delighted! Cheers guys, will be back.

  Terrible experience — I would not recommend this place to anyone. I called in advance to ask about a catalytic converter and confirmed multiple times (4–5 times) that I could return it if needed. Each time, I was reassured that it wouldn’t be a problem. When I returned it the next day because it had been welded, they deducted £35 as a “removal cost,” which was never mentioned. Very disappointed with their attitude and behaviour.
