  Visited the store early as I had moved down into the area recently and needed to sort WiFi asap for work. Harvey was very friendly and walked me through the best plan for me and how it would work. Great customer service and I got the product that I needed within 20 mins and now it’s working at home already. Highly recommend

  Exceptional customer service from Martin. Solved a problem in 5 minutes which had not been resolved by the online customer service team. He was professional, friendly and from now on I will not buy online but in store!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Exceptional Service from Martin & Harvey at Three Chichester I visited the Three store in Chichester with my dad, originally intending to see if we could get a better deal for him and honestly, we were even considering leaving Three after 15 years. What happened instead completely changed our minds, thanks entirely to the outstanding service from Martin and Harvey. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Martin, who was genuinely amazing from start to finish. Before even discussing new plans, he checked my dad’s account and noticed some suspicious charges that we thought were from Three. He immediately identified them as a scam and took action on the spot to block the source so my dad wouldn’t be charged again. That alone showed real care. Then came the part where Martin truly went above and beyond. He spent a huge amount of time going through absolutely everything, different phones, plans, contract lengths, roaming options, and data packages, to find something that fit perfectly with my dad’s needs, especially since he travels a lot. He didn’t rush, didn’t push anything, and genuinely tried his hardest to bring the monthly bill down to what my dad can afford while still giving my dad the features he needs. Thanks to him, we found a deal that was both affordable and spot-on for my dad. Just when we thought it couldn’t get better, Harvey came over to let us know he’d found an even better deal. He managed to reduce the monthly cost a little more and even offered a better phone with improved battery life and storage, still within my dad’s budget. It truly felt like they cared more about helping us than making a sale. Both Martin and Harvey were polite, kind, funny, patient, and incredibly accommodating. They told us to pop in anytime if we ever need support or help using the phone, which is something you don’t hear often these days. Their customer service was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced in any mobile network store. Because of these two, my dad stayed with Three after 15 years and I can confidently say that when the time comes for me to get a new contract, I will be switching to Three as well. They even took the time to talk through options for me while my dad was exploring phones. I cannot recommend Martin and Harvey enough. If you’re visiting the Three store in Chichester, make sure you speak to them, you will be looked after better than you could ever expect. Truly outstanding service. Thank you both so much. Òlah
