  We've used Plexus on a few occasions now and every time we return we are very satisfied with their work. They are very friendly, professional and hard working. They have great communication and do an overall fantastic job. No doubt we will be calling upon their services again the next time we're in need. They come highly recommended!

  We recently had an EV charger installed at my home and couldn’t be happier with the service from Micheal at Plexus. From the first enquiry to completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Micheal was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain the whole installation process clearly. The workmanship was excellent — the charger was installed neatly, safely, and exactly where we wanted it. He made sure everything was fully tested and working perfectly before leaving, and even showed me how to use it properly. It’s clear that Micheal and the team at Plexus take real pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.   Plexus Electrical (Michael) was extremely helpful and responsive. Attended promptly even though that meant changing his plans. Once on site he explained his plan to find the fault and got on with it quickly. He gave us clear updates along the way and rapidly isolated the fault and returned power to our house. Really great job and service. Thank you and would whole heartedly recommend. Oh, and the price was good.
