Had a slight issue with the network not transferring my number but the staff sorted me out when I went back in to query this. Really nice approachable store. The only downside to my visit was the store temperature, as there is no door it was freezing, i felt really sorry for the staff on the shop floor as they were layered up and its not even reached the coldest temperature yet. Not comfortable for customers when taking out a new contract as it isn’t a 5 min visit. Get them some adequate heating!

And he was absolutely right. Now the proud owner of an iPhone XS Max and not the lower spec but newer XR. And with unlimited data and the phone unlocked so if I need to change some for a better signal - no problem. Big thumbs up to 3 and the service from Rahul at Chester.
