  I wanted to leave some positive feedback regarding an agent called Harrison, who recently helped my grandparents after my Grampy’s phone was lost/stolen. They were in quite a difficult situation due to having out-of-date ID, as they are elderly and disabled, and were understandably very stressed. Harrison went above and beyond to help them. Rather than simply turning them away, he took the time to contact his manager, explain the situation, and do everything he could to help arrange for a replacement SIM to be sent out to them. My grandparents came away so grateful and kept saying what a lovely guy Harrison was, and how refreshing it was to speak to someone who genuinely wanted to help. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it really made a difference to them. Please could this feedback be passed on directly to Harrison, and also noted by his manager, as he truly deserves recognition for the care, patience, and kindness he showed. Thank you again, Harrison.

  Another brilliant experience at Three today. I was helped by Harrison who was superb. I have been helped by Harrison previously and on all occasions, he has been beyond wonderful and goes above and beyond to help. Can’t recommend enough!

  I cannot describe my absolute hate for this company over the past few months. I’ve been constantly lied to and even threatened that if I returned my phone it would affect my credit ratings (which isn’t true), all along the way of returning my phone I’ve been misled, and transferred to external call centres who literally couldn’t care about you as a customer (I wanted to return a phone 2 days after receiving it because I found out the sales rep outright lied, you’re allowed 14 days). The in store team are powerless to help you if anything goes wrong. Three will leech as much money from you as they can, and when you try to report any unfair behaviour then they will claim “heresay” without proof. What am I supposed to do? Record interactions? I’ve been a customer of three for over a decade. Please save your time and go elsewhere. This terrible company has absolutely non existent customer service, because they care about its customers. I don’t care how much money I’ll spend. I’ll be taking this to a small claims court under the consumer protection from unfair trading. Luckily three are so incompetent that more than one employee mislead me and at least one was recorded. That’s good enough for me. This whole situation started from Cardiff store, just avoid entirely.
