  Great service from start to finish. Firstly, a prompt reply to my initial message, and Lance was round quickly to quote for a small bathroom job. His price was very competitive, and quote broken down clearly to see what was included. After the work was agreed, they were able to start very quicky, and the team of Lance, Michael, Charlie and Alfie were professional, accommodating, considerate and efficient. They have done a great job and we are really pleased with the outcome, thanks very much!

  Excellent service from KCS. Following an emergency call regarding a hot water issue at our residential home, Lance attended the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair within one day. Their response was prompt, professional, and efficient. We were very pleased with the service provided.

  The service is always great, Lance and team are always happy to fit us in at short notice. We have a large school site in Canterbury and this sometimes means quite a few late night call outs, but Lance and the team take it in their stride and come out within minutes. They stay and fault find and fix the problem, and if they can't fix it without the parts they make sure we are left with a fix to see us through until the parts come in (normally the next day), meaning our boarding students are kept happy either with hot water, cold water or heating. These guys are amazing at what they do, a truly great company, very professional,polite and no issues are too big or small for them, if you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable company I would highly recommend K.C.S.

  I arrived home after an extended stay away to find my boiler not working and the disposal in the kitchen not functioning. I was desperate to get them fixed before my husband arrived two days later. I found K.C.S. and gave them a call. I explained the situation and they sent someone out within a few hours. They worked to get the hot water back on and returned the next day to repair several other issues, including installing a new disposal. I was so pleased with how professional and neat they were throughout the process. I will continue to have them do any further repairs as they become necessary.

  We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. He turned up within about 30 minutes and was really friendly, which immediately helped when we were quite stressed about the situation. He took the time to explain what was going on in simple terms, which made everything feel a lot less worrying, and then got straight on with sorting it. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and just got on with the job without any fuss. What really stood out was how calm and reassuring he was throughout what had been a pretty stressful evening for us. By the time he left, everything felt under control again. We’re really grateful for the help and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable emergency plumber. Susannah and Kate x
