  Andrew has been a lifesaver. I had a really bad experience with a "laptop repair service" in Epsom, who did a botch job on my MacBook Pro cracked screen, and Andrew literally came to my rescue. He is extremely communicative, kind and expert at what he does. He explains everything thoroughly and offers full transparency. I will be reaching out to Andrew for any tech repairs from now on (and passing onto friends and family) as he is a cut above the rest. He also comes directly to your place and can get the job done in as little as 45 minutes. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Andrew!

  I contacted AR Repair to have the battery replaced on my MacBook. Not only did Andy provide the best quote but he also talked me through what could be causing other performance issue I having with my mac. He ordered the battery straight away without needing to see the computer and changed it the next day. I was without my mac for 6hrs at most. I was also having issues with my trackpad which he did some investigating to try find the issue and also let me bring my mac back to him to adjust it free of charge. Unfortunately the trackpad still wasn’t 100% so he gave me a very reasonable quote to change it. Again he ordered the part and let me know when it arrived, so I was only without my computer for less than an hour. I can’t recommend Andy enough. He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He’s goes above a beyond to make sure you’re happy with the service he provides. I know for certain I will be using him for years to come!!

  Can’t recommend this guy enough got my Laptop working within 15 minutes of calling him.. 100 percent honest could have ripped me off with a whole new rebuild of my keyboard and bottom unit as many others probably would… will be coming back again if I have any other issues…. Thanks again Andrew

  Andrew is very hard working, polite and honest. I really appreciate how much he helped me, even though my job was a very complicated one. I really recommend him as he works around your schedule and won’t try to overprice you for work. He can also get very high quality parts very quickly! Very trustworthy and helpful! 100% recommend!
