  Very bad experience as an existing customer by a totally unprofessional rude team member, “Cameron” makes up his own rules and doesn’t want to give customers what they have ordered! Avoid Cameron!! Avoid Cameron!! Avoid Cameron!! Needs to be a 0*

  Just join three Wednesday 3rd of December for a contract through my mum account with my own number I moved my current phone number from Tesco to three (3) the switch got completed on Thursday 4th December also my mum upgraded her phone too at same time as me as I was join three and Cameron was so amazing and helpful and very understanding of my autism and anxiety and explain thing in detail so I was able to understand too which I greatly appreciated and all the other staff that was in on the Wednesday gave such amazing service and we would like give massive shout out to Cameron who helped me and my mum with both of our contracts was very happy at the end of our visit and after switch over for my phone was successful on Thursday 4th December I was having issues saving my number that was moved over went in store and Jordan help me very quickly and taught me how to do it cause of my autism I was struggling and it was stressing me out and affecting my anxiety so Jordan help quickly as it was fixed in seconds I highly recommend three my mum has been with them for years and years and I’m glad Im now fellow members through my mum I love three services and network and also we really would like thank Cameron and Jordan for their help and for understanding of my disabilities my autism and anxiety and they were very accommodating and understanding and amazing and their other colleagues where very helpful too The Westwood cross three team are absolutely amazing and a delight to chat to I really would like Cameron and Jordan and rest of three to receive this feedback as really want them to know they went above and beyond for me and my mum Give 5 star review But they get 100 out 100 star review Thanks Elijah and his mum

  Call centres in India and understanding is difficult some just cut me off. I swapped because cheaper and BT taking over. But I may just use shops it's hassle but best option. If not its back to EE.
