Really bad experience at This store . My 3G broadband broken . I came to get help from this store and The Staff Offer me upgrade to 5G hub and help me finish contract old one . He told me that the old contract will be finished by tomorrow and my 5G Hub got problem again then I came back all staff could not sort it and ask me come back when manager is available.I came back again and the problem still not sorted and even I recognised that I still got charged for 2 broadbands contract. Jordan manager He shifts responsibility and is not accountable in his job.

Had a great experience with Jordan in brunch he was very efficient super knowledgeable and really helpful with getting me a new business SIM card set up.

Very disappointing experience at Three – Cribbs. I visited the store to get a replacement SIM card because my old one was not working. The staff member Rhiana gave me incorrect information, stating that I was not allowed to get a SIM card because the number was registered to my old home address.
I specifically asked her to update/change the address, but she refused and said it could not be changed. Because of this misinformation, I was forced to make an unnecessary one-hour trip back home to collect my passport and then return to the store again.
When I came back, I was assisted by another staff member who updated the address immediately and resolved the issue on the spot, confirming that everything Rhiana had said was incorrect.
This shows a serious lack of knowledge, training, and consistency among staff. A complete waste of time and a very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this store.
