  Came across KIS property solutions when looking for home buyers report on a property we were purchasing, Ian really stood out because he uses drone photography to take detailed photos of the roof and around the chimney which are included in the report. Our home buyers reported was really detailed and he called us to talk through the report and answer any questions that we had. Ian was also available over email and answered any questions before going ahead and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend when looking for a home buyers report.

  I needed an EPC quickly for one of my rental properties and dropped on KIS property solutions. They are local to me and had good reviews, and now I know why. It’s not often you can contact someone at short notice and get a quick response, but when I called Ian and explained my needs he arranged to come the very next day. On the same day I received my EPC, what more can I say! Oh! He’s a very amiable chap and I’ll certainly be using him again. Excellent service, well done and thank you.

  Great service. Quickly arranges a time for the survey to be carried out. Provides a very thorough report and Ian discusses the issues to indicate any causes for concern, ensuring peace of mind.

  Used KIS for an EPC survey. They came at the agreed time and carried out the survey in a very professional manner. Although it was snowing they insisted on wearing shoe covers to carry out the internal survey. I would definitely recommend this company. They provide a first class service at a very reasonable cost. The report was available on line the following day.
