  Ive only been a customer for about 3 weeks now. Id like to express how happy I am with the service so far. The site - its a very clean and tidy site, with tarmac roads for the cars to access the units. I also saw a cleaner on site that was collecting very small amounts of litter around the site 😁 It has a security gate at the front which can be accessed through a fob 24/7... security cameras everywhere which gives peice of mind. They also have a number plate recognisiton system in place which adds to the security measures 🔒 The unit - the units are in new condition, very well situated and presented. Each unit is marked with a number so you can easily find yours! The units have been placed level which reduces the liklihood of anything falling inside. They seem to be treated to reduce/remove the potential of damp/ condensation inside. No visible rush or holes in the units that would compromise security!! Customer service - you will often see members of the team walking around. They are very welcoming and polite. Easily approachable. They also have on site members of staff available in office hours. Again, easily approachable for any issues you may have. Price - before subscribing to this site, I did some calling about to different sites around bridgend. By far, Ward Jones were the cheapest for a secure unit and site. Although they were the cheapest by far, you can definitely see, they have not held back financially on the sites security, units or site presentation! 💯 Overall, I am very pleased with the site, security, staff and price. I would highly recommend this site for all your storage needs!! 10🌟

  Left Ward Jones Storage with the key still in my pocket (accidentally… I swear 😅) and only realised TWO weeks later when they reached out so politely asking for it back. Sent it to them straight away, expecting they might be a bit annoyed… but they were still super nice about it! Honestly, most storage places get a bit rude once you move out, but Ward Jones stayed awesome the whole way through. That alone convinced me I’d happily use them again. Great service, great people, and apparently very forgiving when you “borrow” their key for a couple weeks 😂
