  I have used the services of NTS on 2 occasions and each time I reached out to them for support they have responded within 24hrs (I should mention that I emailed on a Saturday both times)! The engineers that came out to deal with my repairs on those occasions were professional, friendly and talked me through what the problems were on my equipment.   It’s exceptionally difficult to find commercial Gas engineers in London who are good at what they do and not charge you for every extra sneeze and breath. Jay and Tom are great guys and their work is equally great. I’ve had work done on numerous sites and they’ve always done the work well. Highly recommended.
