- DDDJan 4, 20261.0This Three store has treated my friend and me poorly on multiple occasions, and the pattern is hard to ignore. Based on our repeated experiences and other reviews, the service here appears consistently dismissive and unhelpful, particularly towards customers with dark skin. I went in to replace a lost SIM after being directed there by the online system. I was asked to bring my passport, then told the next day that it wasn’t valid and sent away again, despite explaining I had already tried online. Staff refused to listen, offered no support, and asked me to leave at closing time without resolving anything. Very disappointing customer service. Staff need proper training in both professionalism and respect.

When I called the store, the gentleman was so rude down the phone at me and laughed , told me they would not refund me the item, but I couldn't exchange it for an upgrade. I will take my purchase to a different store as I will not go back to this store ever due to my bad experience. I think this company should review their training on customer service.
