  Young asian guy is very weird towards girls. The somali lady is very nice and helped out my wife a lot but the asian guy made my wife feel very uncomfortable as he kept forcing himself into conversations and asking irrelevant questions to my wife which had no relevance to the reason she was there. I’m not one to post reviews but this shouldn’t happen to any one else

  Complaint to Three UK about poor customer service. Today I visited a Three store in Birmingham City Centre to ask a simple question about whether I might be eligible to get a mobile phone on contract. I have been using a Three SIM for about 9 months, so I expected that a staff member could at least check my details and provide some basic information. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I had to wait around 5–7 minutes before anyone came to assist me. When a staff member finally spoke to me, instead of properly listening to my question, he immediately asked for ID. I showed my DVLA driving licence, but he said my address could not be found in the system. I explained clearly that my address is already officially confirmed by DVLA and they have even posted my licence to that address. Despite this, he did not try to help or explain properly. He then asked for my passport. I told him that I have the passport available on my phone, but he refused and said only a physical passport would be accepted. The important point is that I was not even trying to take a phone at that moment — I only came to ask if I could be eligible. The staff member’s attitude felt dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of giving information or trying to assist a customer, it seemed like he just wanted to end the conversation quickly. After using Three services for 9 months, I expected much better customer service. This experience left me very disappointed and questioning whether I should continue using Three in the future. I hope Three UK takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training and customer service standards at the Birmingham City Centre store.
