  Lady manager is incompetent and rude. Every single thing need to be repeated 3 times during one minute. She don't keep control over what she is doing. When I said at some stage ..I said that few second ago.. she replies with personal attack. Nightmare. I hope she will never ever work with customers.

  Visited 3 store today to change phone. Bailey & Yaseen very helpful & friendly in helping me decide on a phone. As we speak Yaseen is transferring details to my new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Great deals from 3 & professional, friendly service.

  Had exceptional service from the two staff just now. Just sorry I didnt get their names. They made a complicated issue very simplistic. They are a credit to the store. You also should have let them close early because of the snow 😂
