  Had an absolutely shocking experience where my GF had upgraded to a new phone and was told it was ready to collect in store. After getting there a representative tried to process her order, seemed to put it through as just a phone case instead of her order and eventually after being there for a full hour we were told there was nothing they could do about it, they somehow didn’t have any of those phones in stock and that we’d have to leave to call customer service to cancel the order and place it again(of course having to wait for a refund which was also an absolute joke). It definitely didn’t help that the representatives in store tried very hard to make it seem like my GF had either placed an order to the wrong store or had somehow upgraded to just a phone case and not a phone. Truly an awful experience I’d recommend not even to my worst enemy. Customer service also disconnected on her after an hour with no resolution. Avoid like the actual plague After re-connecting customer service sent a message that was meant to be internal confirming their own fault in the matter and also confirming that they’ve automated flagged her account for fraud, which she definitely has not committed. I honestly think this has been the worst experience either of us have ever had in terms of customer service.
