  Elmes have been looking after an elderly member of our family and I really don't know how we'd manage without them! They are reliable and caring and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

  My mum is having some very good care from the lovely ladies at Elmes. She loves to chat with them during and after their chores. It brings the outside world in for her. Her regulars she is now considering more like friends which is good. Sadly at nearly 98 most of mum's friends have passed away or are not mobile themselves. When I've had dealings with the office all members of staff have been kind, caring and helpful to mum's needs and if I've had any concerns they have been dealt with efficiently and to my and mums satisfaction. If I had to choose a care agency again I'd pick this one. Well done all.

  I cannot recommend Elmes Home Care highly enough. They have been providing exceptional support to my 98-year-old Nan, and the standard of care has been truly outstanding. The team visit three times a day to assist with mealtimes, morning and evening care, and ensure she is safe and comfortable throughout the day. They also support her with her medication, which has become increasingly important as she now gets a little confused which gives us complete peace of mind. What really sets them apart is their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. They will even collect medication from the pharmacy if needed, nothing is ever too much trouble. Every member of the team is caring, patient, and professional, and they treat my Nan with genuine dignity and respect. As a family, we feel incredibly reassured knowing she is in such safe hands. I would highly recommend Elmes Home Care to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and high-quality care.

  A very professional and caring company. The care given to my late Father in Law was second to none. All staff, from office to carers were so loving with him. He was able to stay at home rather than go into a care home for his last 7 weeks which meant such a lot to all the family. Would thoroughly recommend.

  Poor level of care. Times of arrival inconsistent vs what was agreed. Lack of communication and not adhering to commitments to call back. Indifference to particular care needs. Committed to regular carers, but different carers arrived without notification. Left their service and much happier now. We would not recommend from our experience.
