  I booked in with Alice due to having bad neck/back pain. I had a white collar boxing fight coming up and was really worried about the pain. After a couple sessions with Alice I was good as new! If anyone is looking an amazing sports therapist then I highly recommend Alice! 😁

  Couldn't recommend enough! Seb and his team are amazing, professional and friendly. Grace has done a sterling job fixing my shoulder issues. Ive used them for years and will continue to use!

  I’ve been coming here for years and never left a review, but after my appointment yesterday with Maria I felt like I had to share my experience. Maria is an absolute magician, with her it’s not just a massage but a healing journey. The atmosphere is also amazing, I always look forward to seeing her and leave the place feeling so good about myself. She has an incredible knowledge of the human and she always does her best to make sure the issues are tackled. Maria you’re the best!!

  Seb is amazing, I picked up a couple of injuries whilst training for Brighton Marathon and being a runner himself Seb’s advice was so helpful. I completed my first marathon yesterday. Thank you Seb for all your help and advice

  Optimal Sports Therapy Centre is a well known Centre around Hampshire. They are all thoroughly trusted professionals. As physiotherapist make our bodies functional in full with treatment and advice. I would recommend it. As getting older we most need treatments to relieve pain and stiffness. You do not need to have an injury to visit a specialist. Come alone and book your appointment. Many thanks to all of you specially to Maria with deep massage and physio. Excellent 👍🏻 Maritza
