  Just collected my Pinnacle road bike after it had been serviced by Richard and I couldn't be happier. Great quality work and service at a really reasonable price. Highly recommend.

  I have taken two of my bikes to Graham now and he is spot of every time I have stayed with my bikes just to see how working on them really works and some stuff I I’m still trying to learn and we have a great chat when I’m there he’s priced very well and it’s always happy to help and give advice and guidance. I honestly wouldn’t let anyone else work on my bikes now he’s just brilliant 🤩 guy. Thank you again Graham for all the help with my bikes.

  Rear wheel was changed. However he left the rear brake loose, refused to tighten to make it safe to ride. I wasn't asking for a full brake tuning just a tighten so it was safe, but still refused unless I paid. Luckily I had the car to take the bike home. Also paid by government voucher so I didn't argue and left it at that. Wont be returning. EDIT TO RESPONSE. I was not expecting a gear or brake tune for free. I declined the gear tuning, that is correct. I was not expecting to have the rear brake completely loose on return of the bike to me. I know how easy it is to tighten the brakes, it needed 30 seconds of your time to loosen the bolt with tools you had to hand and then tighten it again so it was safe to ride. As I said, won't be returning.
