    It pains me to leave a review like this especially having being with 3 network for well over 16years. Throughout this period I have never experienced a terrible customer experience be it over the phone, online or in store. However, my experience at the Barking , London store this morning was nothing short of shameful. I attended the store this morning, 24/11/2025 around 09:40hrs because my SIM had stopped working and I needed a replacement. The lady that attended to me, I didn't quite catch her name, but she was of Asian ethnicity, fell seriously short of the 3 network customer service standard that one has grown accustomed to. Upon checking through the system, she noticed that there was a disparity with the date of birth on my driver's license and the one on their system. And stated that I needed to call customer service as the system wouldn't allow her to process the replacement. I explained that it must have been an error or something.; which she also acknowledged. I asked if it would be possible for her to kindly call customer service as I couldn't call due to the fact that my SIM wasn't working. She said their phones weren't working. She didn't even offer their wifi so I could chat with customer service. Her reluctance and unwillingness to help or provide a reasonable solution was just shameful!! I had to leave work and drive 92miles (to and fro) to the 3 store in Chatham, Kent where Steve and the team were super helpful;. they called customer service on my behalf, provided the store's wifi so I could access my email to receive authentication code. I left the store after 20 minutes with a working replacement SIM!!!! To the lady at Barking store, you need to be better at solution-oriented customer service. Your unwillingness to go the extra mile cost me my valuable time as well as fuel. Just shameful!!!
