- ENElaine NesbittJan 24, 20265.0I went into 3 mobile in Bloomfield shopping centre in Bangor. A young man Josh came forward to help me - my issue was my phone was showing that it was full of viruses and was throwing one app after another at me , I really didnt know how to stop it. He was very helpful and talked me through how and why this sometimes happens, he removed loads of apps i didnt need until all the notifications stopped and my phone was back to normal. He also pointed out that my contract was up and managed to save me £16 a month. I was very impressed by the customer service I received today - twice now I've had issues and twice I've had excellent customer service - Whoever trains the guys in the bloomfield store has done a fantastic job. Nothing is too much hassle, they are polite , professional and so helpful - well done and thank you
