  I had phoned Karen recently about a shoulder problem and due to current circumstances was unable to book an appointment. She took time to chat about my issue over the phone and gave me some advice that I greatly appreciated. I have since had an appointment where I was met with a fully covid secure site and a very friendly Karen who immediately pinpointed the pain that I had been unable to find exactly and talked me through further rehab. Was super impressed with the whole setup and particularly Karens expertise and willingness to help and listen. Great experience and I'd definitely recommend if needs be. First class 👍🏻😎
