  Worst service I've had. Took car to get down pipes fitted and tuned, they fitted the down pipes wrong, exhaust was blowing from mid section, then still run car on dyno? Makes alot of sense that. Then took car back told it was my downpipes were the issue to then go to another mechanics and have the problem fixed with no issues. Charged me 380 quid for it too. Cowboys or couldn't give a toss about their job it's one or the other. Disgraceful service.

  Went in to ask advice about a warning light that came on in my car. The whole vibe in the place was, uncomfortable? First guy didn’t seem to have a clue what he was doing, though I suspect he was maybe a student, so I can understand that. He approached another guy (seemed to be a boss) to ask him to have a look at the car, he barely spoke, just took my keys and disappeared to my car. I was left standing for 15-20 mins with no one explaining what was wrong with my car/what they were doing. After the wait, another guy arrived back into the office with my car keys and simply asked me if I was paying cash or card 🤣 I then had to ask what was wrong with my car, what I was actually paying for, and how much it was. I’m happy they resolved the problem, but the customer service was terrible.
