  Derek was excellent to deal with throughout the entire process. He supported me at every stage, always taking the time to explain things clearly and make sure I was fully prepared. What really stood out was that he went beyond just placing me in a role. He took the time to talk through both the positives and potential downsides of the opportunity, which showed he genuinely cared about finding the right fit rather than just filling a position. His communication was consistent and honest, and I always felt well-informed and confident moving forward.   I applied for a job on a job site and was contacted by Derek to let me know that I had been put forward for an interview. Communication right from the start has been excellent. Derek made the whole process feel easier than normal, helping by sending info about the company and letting me know what to expect in the interview. Derek is a credit to the company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for work.
