I was greeted with a big smile by Tasha. She sat me down and I explained the issue. She quickly had my DOB changed in the system and proceeded to talk me through my options. She was so friendly and pleasant the whole time. She processed my order and was even able to change the delivery date, as next day wasn't suitable due to work commitments.
