  I didn’t eventually go with this company as I was contracted to go with another surveyor, but when I spoke to Sol, he was very understanding, knowledgable and really helpful. Definitely will be instructing him next time! Many thanks.

  I bought my house at the end of last year and used Chassen as they were local and had good reviews. I got a level 2 survey which was great, easy to understand the report with plenty of photos as well. Sol was very responsive by email, quote was very reasonable, overall very satisfied with the service.

  Chassen House Surveyors were really helpful, they answered my query very quickly and visited a few days later. I didn't need a full report doing, but they were able to identify the reasons for cracking in my walls and completely put my mind at rest. I would recommend them as a professional company to deal with.
